Mobile machines for cleaning hydraulic oil are now a common site. But, these machines cannot remove water which is a key ingredient in forming varnish and sludge in oil. Klassic Klarol Filters have successfully launched the Klarol Mobile Oil Cleaning machine for Injection Moulding and Blow Moulding machines. Klarol, a German designed product is simple to operate and very effective. It removes contamination, water and gases from hydraulic oil while the machine is in operation. The oil can be cleaned down to super-clean state i.e. NAS 4/5 levels. Usage of Klarol ensures complete protection for variable pumps / servo, proportional valves and seals. This would mean no downtime due to hydraulic oil contamination and savings on expensive components. Oil life is increased by more than 10 times.
