New appointments and staff changes – Axel Plastics, High Modulus, Outsourcing B2B Marketing, AOC. High Modulus has expanded its European team. Julian Smith rejoins the company as Senior Engineer, Thomas Létanche is appointed Design Engineer, relocating from the High Modulus head office in New Zealand, and Tony Bertram, veteran of the European marine industry, takes on the role of Sales Executive. High Modulus (Europe) remains in Hamble, UK, but has moved to new, larger premises. A specialist marketing and publicity business for the composites market has been launched by Nigel O'Dea, former Head of Marketing for Scott Bader’s Composites Division. Outsourcing B2B Marketing, based in Northamptonshire, England, offers a range of services to companies looking for effective external marketing assistance. Fred Norman has been appointed to the newly created position of President and Chief Operating Officer of AOC. Norman reports to Randy Weghorst, who continues in his role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Jack Roesle, Senior Vice President Global Sales & Marketing, Tom Folda, Vice President - Technology, Jim Griffith, Vice President - Global Sourcing, Jim Kunz, Vice President - Information Systems, and Matt Watkins, Vice President Operations, will report to Norman. John Griggs, Vice President - International Development, has been appointed to the position of Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer and will also report to Norman. Hazel Butler, Director of Human Resources, Steve Jameson, Senior Manager - Treasury Service, and Mike Bayless, Corporate Controller, will report to Griggs.
